Banner Announcement of the Halloween Avatar Costume Competition
The Halloween Costume Contest was a competition event for building and submitting a creative Halloween-themed avatar. The contest was announced on October 23th, 2015.
The contest submissions was started on October 23th and ended on October 29th, 2015.
In the end, there were definitely 5 winners overall. The winners were announced on September 18th, 2015.

Here's another competition inspired by popular request. :)
In preparation for Halloween next week, let's build costumes for the always-smiling KoGa! Draw inspiration from anywhere such as movies, videos, books, games, and even your own imagination. Go door-to-door with each other and have fun building your favorite costumes!
