Description

The lava block is used to create various types of map including parkour, if you step on that block, the player will take minor damage but not kill the player, but if the player stays in the lava for a long time he may die

• This material can be free for the players which bought a Subscription for specified time.

History

• Lava made its first appearance December 1st, 2011 as part of an unknown version.
• Lava's lasting burn effect was implemented as part of Build 0.7.4 on March 28, 2012. Prior to the update, lava did not light players on fire, allowing them to "bunny hop" across it to avoid damage.
