Video of the Week
The Video of the Week is a Badge awarded to certain winners of the Highlights of the Week since 2023. It's given to users who win the Community Highlights with a featured video for their first time.
You have chance to get it by submitting your video link to the HotW Suggestions#2988 bot through Discord. If the HotW Committee like your video, they'll send it to the Community Manager for it to feature it as Video Of The Week and will reward you with a badge, 300
and 3000 XP!
History[]
The badge was originally being an old idea of a prize to reward the winners for the "Video of the Week" as a part of Highlights of the Week. However, the idea of this badge was scrapped by the admins many years ago because the Video of the Week winners' profiles weren't clear most of the time, which would have resulted in many creators not getting the badge. It also even proves that could have been a plan for putting one Video of the Week instead of multiple in every Highlight of the Week event.
The badge would eventually becomes official and was released on September 29th, 2023 in Highlights of the Week #300, with TioNostal being the first user to obtain this badge.
On January 19th, 2024, L0rd Bruno 55 was the first user in Brazil server to obtain this badge on Destaques Da Comunidade #364.
March 1, 2024, Pipipukaaa ,was the first to receive the second "Video of the Week" badge in Highlights of the Week #311
Availability[]
This badge is available on WWW server since 2023 and on Brazil server since 2024.

The same icon that was created for the test
An interesting fact is that when Tokeeto wanted to bring back the Video of the Week badge icon, he created a new icon called video of the week test (And there is an icon on it).
