Banner Announcement of the Winter Scene Contest
The Winter Scene Contest was a competition event for building and submitting a creative Christmas-themed game scene. The contest was announced on November 25th, 2022.
The contest submissions was started on November 26th and ended on December 5th, 2022.
Once the final deadline ends, there was be a voting period by the moderators, and a total of twelve winners were ultimately determined by a panel of KoGaMa Judges and Moderators on the KoGaMa Discord Server. The winners were announced on December 17th.

It’s that time of year again, KoGaMians!
Even those of you who don’t live in a cold environment likely know what we’re talking about - Snow and ice, skiing and ice skating, snowball fights and sleigh rides… Curling up on the couch in front of a fireplace with a mug of something warm to drink while cold winds are howling outside. And, of course; Christmas, Hanukkah or Kwanzaa!
That’s right, folks - The Frostival is back! And to celebrate, we have not only a neat new badge for you, but also some accessory discounts and a contest for y’all!

Rules[]
- Group projects are allowed, with a maximum of 3 users per group
- Only one submission per user/group. This means that, if you’ve already submitted a scene as a standalone user, you can’t submit another entry as part of a group. Likewise, if you’ve submitted something as part of a group, you can’t submit another entry as a standalone user
- Only new scenes are allowed
- You must submit your scene in the below form for it to count as a contest entry
- The scenes must be submitted between November 26th and December 5th - We won’t accept any entries submitted before or after these dates.
Judgement Criteria[]
The judges and the moderators chose their winners based on the following criteria:
- Winter Aesthetic
How well does the scene represent winter?
- Originality
How original is their scene?
- Creativity
How creative and imaginative is their scene?

Alongside with the contest announcement, a new badge was also released on the same day:
- Frostival 2022 - A Christmas-themed badge, frostival2022 on the coupon code.
This badge was available to be redeemed all throughout December and has since then expired once January 2023 arrived.
